Check your status: HERE
Visit the Ontario County Board of Elections at 74 Ontario St, Canandaigua, NY 14424
Ask everyone you know, and everyone you meet, if they are registered to vote!

Here are points you can use when asking someone to register to vote:
-
Local elected officials make policies that impact you directly. Do you want to make sure your roads are plowed in the winter? That the DMV uses the monies it collects effectively? That people can open new businesses easily? Or have a coroner show up in the middle of the night when someone dies? All of these are the important jobs of elected officials.
-
Your vote counts! There are elections won or lost by only one vote. Every vote matters, especially in local elections.
Voting by Mail
Voters can cast their votes by using Early Mail or Absentee voting.

Early Mail Ballot
Beginning in 2024, any registered voter can apply to vote by Early Mail.
